| PTWBA Championships |
The PTWBA Championships were played over the 12th - 14th August at Ballymoney B C,
with President Margaret Paul and the ladies of Ballymoney being the hosts.
There were 3 days of good bowling in some very warm conditions.
It proved to be a very busy time for some of the ladies who were taking part in more
than one competition. Thanks are given to the Ballymoney ladies for all their hospitality
over this period, Jennifer Dowds, Competition Secretary for organising all the games
and times, Davy Culbertson and Philip Stirling for umpiring and the men members who helped
in having the green set up each day.
Best wishes to all the winners as they go on to the IWBA Finals in Lurgan Bowling Club from
29th - 31st August |

| It is our intention to host a Mixed U-21 Event on Sunday 24th August at a venue to be confirmed.
At this point we are looking for expressions of interest to enter the event.

| Well done at British Isles Internationals! |
| Congratulations to Team Manager Barbara Cameron BEM, Assistant Manager Jennifer Dowds
and the following ladies Hannah Cochrane, Rachel Cochrane, Megan Devlin, Grace Henry,
Donna McCloy, Sophie McIntyre and Shauna O'Neill who helped the Irish Ladies to second
place and therefore Silver Medalists. A very memorable series as over 30 years since Ireland
last finished second. Donna McCloy also achieved her 100th cap during this series. |

| PTWBA Flag Unfurling 25/04/2025 |
| |
| The PTWBA flag was unfurled by the President Margaret Paul, on Friday the 25th
|
| April at Ballymoney Bowling Club. 9 clubs in the Association were in attendance.
|
| After the unfurling 16 ladies went on the green to play in a competition, whilst those
that remained in the club house took part in a quiz hosted by Tommy Smith |
| Afterwards everyone was entertained to a lovely meal in the nearby Church Hall |
